Steelhead Coffee in Long Beach, CA is welcoming applications to join our team! Compensation begins at $16.90/hr. PLUS TIPS! If you are communicative, self-driven, motivated, and hard-working, we'd love to receive your application!



Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with recipes and customer needs
  • Actively maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Interact with customers regularly and professionally
  • Manage tasks and time effectively
  • These are examples of some of the responsibilities of the position



Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a barista is a plus!
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively

  • Motivated to be excellent
  • Required: Ability to work weekends/holidays. We are open from 6am - 5pm weekdays, and from 7am - 5pm weekends
