What You'll Do
As a QA/QC Inspector (Civil/Structural), you'll help ensure civil and structural construction activities meet project specifications, applicable codes, and the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing quality inspections of concrete and structural steel construction
  • Inspecting reinforcing steel, formwork, anchor bolts, embeds, and structural steel installation
  • Verifying work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Preparing daily inspection reports and documenting inspection results
  • Identifying non-conforming work and verifying corrective actions
  • Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project leadership to maintain exceptional quality standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Civil and/or Structural construction inspection experience
  • Experience inspecting concrete, structural steel, or both
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an active construction environment
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite in Childress, Texas
