Schedule

Permanent 2nd Shift

5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Continental Schedule

Work 2 days
Off 2 days
Work 3 days
Then the schedule reverses the following week

You'll work 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next, providing built-in overtime while still enjoying regular days off.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality automotive components while working in a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

Operate advanced laser welding equipment
Load and unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
Set up equipment for production runs and product changeovers
Monitor equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
Perform quality inspections using measuring devices
Move materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility
Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with your team to meet production goals

At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or material handling experience
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math
Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is preferred
High school diploma or GED
