Job description

Expanding manufacturer in Canton is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Extrusion Machine Operators to set up, run, and maintain extrusion lines--including changeovers, cleaning, and troubleshooting.


Shifts:

  • 1st shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM, $17.50 per hour
  • 2nd shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM, $19.00 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Operate extrusion equipment and blend raw materials
  • Monitor production and adjust machines as needed
  • Track inventory and complete paperwork
  • Perform maintenance and keep a safe, clean work area


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years' experience (plastics/automotive preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Basic math skills
