Machine Operator
Location: Troy, MI Shift: 1st Pay: $16/hr
Job Summary
Are you looking for a1st shift opportunity with a company that wants to invest in you for the long haul? We are hiring a Machine Operator in Troy, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for running plastic injection molding machines, performing light assembly, and conducting quality inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Machine Operation: Run plastic injection molding machines that produce various parts (e.g., smoke detectors, fasteners, automotive, furnace parts).
Assembly & Inspection: Perform very light assembly and conduct quality inspection on parts as they come off the machine.
Quality Control: Correct any imperfections found in the parts.
Task Flexibility: Be willing to do any tasks assigned.
Attendance: Show up to work on time and ready for work.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
