Job description

Job Summary
We are searching for experienced and reliable ironworkers for various structural and miscellaneous steel erection projects. Be a part of the best ironworking team in AZ. Build with the best, at Pro Steel Erectors.

Responsibilities
  • Layout, rigging, connecting, bolting and welding steel by following prints and instructions while guaranteeing all quality and safety standards are met.
  • Read and follow blueprints, sketches and other instructions.
  • Forklift operation for unloading and shaking out steel members.
  • Showing up every day to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Layout, cutting, installation, welding, and powder actuated fastening of steel deck.
  • Helping newer Ironworkers learn the ins and outs of the trade.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to lift 80lbs and withstand the physical demands of erecting steel.
  • Must be able to work at heights of 80 feet or more.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening for illegal and illicit substances.
  • Welding experience. Pre-interview test will be conducted.
  • Steel Erection or similar construction work experience.

Compensation: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
