Position Title: Men's Locker Room Lead
Department: Locker Room / Housekeeping
Reports To: Clubhouse Manager


Position Summary:
The Men's Locker Room Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, cleanliness, and member experience within the men's locker room. This role ensures a high standard of service, maintains an organized and pristine environment, and supports locker room attendants in delivering exceptional hospitality to members and guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support locker room attendants during assigned shifts
  • Ensure the locker room, restrooms, steam/sauna areas, and lounge spaces are consistently clean, stocked, and well-maintained
  • Provide a high level of personalized service to members, including greeting, assisting with lockers, and responding promptly to requests
  • Maintain inventory of supplies (towels, toiletries, cleaning products) and communicate ordering needs
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold club standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist with laundry operations, including towel service and uniform handling as needed
  • Train new team members on locker room procedures, service standards, and expectations
  • Address member concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and club policies are followed
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall clubhouse operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or club operations preferred
