Position Description
Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.
Major/Essential Functions
  • Maintain and manage institutional compliance infrastructure and records related to accessibility and distance education initiatives, including four years of historical compliance data within Smartsheet. 20%
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and proficiency in Smartsheet as the Office of Digital Accessibilitys compliance content management and workflow tracking platform. 20%
  • Develop, oversee, and maintain automated workflows, notifications, alerts, and tracking systems used for compliance monitoring and reporting. Monitor data integrity and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of institutional compliance records and reporting processes. 20%
  • Support institutional audit readiness by maintaining documentation, tracking compliance activities, and preparing reports and records for review. Generate and manage institutional compliance reports and provide operational support for internal and external reporting requirements. 20%
  • Support Senior Managing Director in other projects as assigned. 20%

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education experience related to distance education/online learning. Must have a high level of proficiency in Smartsheet with continuous learning of its capabilities, as well as staying up-to-date on new releases and improvements. Maintain regular communication with users to ensure configuration and functionality is meeting current needs.
  • Exercises judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities. Ability to handle multiple projects and keep projects and associated tasks on-track and on time. Plans and organizes effectively, prioritizes goals, uses time efficiently, and stays on task and helps others on the team to do the same by using available tools (i.e. Smartsheet). Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
