We seek talented and experienced individuals to join our team as Cosmetology Instructors. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive cosmetology education and training, ensuring students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. You will inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential by providing hands-on instruction and guidance.


Responsibilities:

  • Teach theoretical and practical aspects of cosmetology, including hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup application, skincare, nail care, and other related topics.
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet industry standards.
  • Demonstrate and supervise hands-on techniques in a classroom and salon setting.
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
  • Assess student performance through practical exams, written assignments, and other evaluation methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and current.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and personal growth.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology industry.
  • Valid cosmetology license in the state in which the college operates.

  • Passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
