Dept./School: Club eXcel/Elementary Campus                               
Wage/Hour Status: $15 hourly                                                    
Work Schedule: M-F
After School Program 2:30 - 6:30 pm Primary Purpose: Ensure the health, safety and well being of the students in the program Qualifications:
Education/Certification
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Special Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of thematic learning and child development stages are essential. 
Experience
This person must be able to read, communicate effectively with children, a basic understanding of the developmental needs of school-age children, and use curriculum resources.  Major Responsibilities and Duties:  1.      Supervision and guidance of students    2.      Plan activities/camps  3.      Ensure a safe environment  4.      Share upkeep of facility  5.      Meet all required deadlines pertaining to planning and supplies  6.      Attend training classes  7.      Maintain positive reinforcement program implemented by the manager  8.      Effectively communicate with manager and parents  Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Working Conditions:
This person must be able to physically active (indoors and outdoors) with children.
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: This person must be able to lift 40 pounds of either supplies or children, if needed.
