Job Description Summary
Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in Micro-Learning instruction. Design, develop and facilitate short, bite-sized, traditional and non-traditional courses, such as online, video-based, playlists, gamification, chat sessions, virtual and much more, in a variety of times and locations in response to the needs of business and industry. Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction by incorporating technologies into learning and development initiatives. Leverage technology processes and platforms administered by Corporate Services Department. Develop and utilize a variety of learning techniques and methods to differing audiences. Maintain appropriate professional relationships with clients, employees, colleagues and the community.
Review, evaluate, recommend, and effectively use corporate training materials.
Maintain a classroom environment that promotes and maximizes learning.
Maintain daily attendance rosters. Submit final hard copies of daily attendance rosters and other training resources to Corporate Services Department.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree ***OR*** Certifications in related field and High School Diploma.
Five (5) years related work experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to develop and plan micro course instruction.
Ability to utilize a variety of training techniques and methods to accommodate diverse learning styles of employees.
Ability to utilize instructional technologies, including computers, internet resources, Smart-Interactive TV and other appropriate media in instruction.
Knowledgeable in corporate micro learning training.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
