Job description

Overview

The Workforce Analytics & Reporting Analyst will support analytics, reporting, and insights into a leading client program while also contributing to client‑facing reporting needs across the broader WORKS division. This role is designed for someone with a passion for HR/People data, workforce analytics, and data visualization.

The Analyst will work cross‑functionally to ensure accurate and timely program reporting, support operational and strategic decision‑making, and enhance the overall data literacy within the client program and WORKS teams. Responsibilities include data quality management, development of dashboards and recurring deliverables, analysis of workforce trends, and creating visually compelling insights for clients and internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Program Analytics

  • Compile, analyze, and deliver data to measure client program performance on a recurring schedule.
  • Interpret workforce data, identify trends, and support program decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Maintain and refresh data for standardized reporting, including dashboards, scorecards, and scheduled reports.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and manage ongoing data quality efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain reporting catalogs, data dictionaries, schedules, business rules, and process documentation.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses using internal data sources, statistical techniques, and problem‑solving frameworks.
  • Support client-facing deliverables including QBRs, monthly performance reports, and executive summaries.
  • Provide supporting data and visualizations, enhancing storytelling and insight clarity.
  • Collaborate with Account teams to translate workforce data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Ensure alignment between internal and external reporting standards across WORKS programs.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience working with people data, HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors), Freelancer Management Systems (FMS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS) data, or workforce/people analytics environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and present findings to non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze trends, patterns, and business issues using internal data sources.

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL or relational database querying.
  • Exposure to contingent workforce programs, staffing, HR tech, or freelancer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts related to people data.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools
