Key Responsibilities
  • Create advanced SQL models that can be incorporated into the data transformation pipeline that feeds Tive's customer-facing analytics products.
  • Design and optimize embedded dashboards and reporting solutions using data visualization tools.

  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements in team workflows.
  • Present complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies in data analytics.
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science / Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows including ceremony requirements and tools (e.g., Jira) used to manage such workflow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business recommendations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DBT is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in supply chain monitoring, optimization, and analysis is a plus.
Compensation
