Non-exempt clerical position responsible for population health management and clinical quality metric performance improvement data collection, tracking/monitoring, reporting and outreach. Provides data analysis and status reports for performance and quality indicators using clinical dash boarding platforms. Directly supports operational efforts for payer contracts, provider compensation plan, quality, and other population management initiatives that require clinical quality metric data collection. Leads practice teams in quality and process improvement initiatives. Supports these initiatives with collection and reporting of data trends in quality initiatives. Support data analytics supervisor with development, testing and education for implementation projects for data coordinators and other staff as appropriate. Assist in onboarding, training, mentor new coordinators.
Pay Range: $19.50 - $25.77 hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements
- Education: A.A.S. degree required, B.S. or B.A. degree preferred; or equivalent experience. Statistical proficiency is required.
- Experience: 3 years in a professional office environment; including 1-3 years clinical, operational, quality data collection and reporting experience required. or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- License/Certification Required: None
- Skills: Basic level of problem solving ability. Follows policies and procedures where facts are readily available. Moderate level of problem solving ability. Gathers and interprets data to solve routine problems that require verification. Some independent judgement required.
