Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients, driving both renewal and expansion revenue
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across CPG clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of client business models and position Statista as a strategic data partner
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell and upsell of Statista's data and research solutions
  • Lead complex commercial conversations, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and multi-year agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Represent Statista within the media and agency ecosystem, contributing to brand presence and thought leadership
  • Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to broader team success

Qualifications / Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex deal cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset with a drive to exceed targets
