Job Summary:
Kaspar Companies is seeking a full-time AI Specialist to lead their AI-driven initiatives. This role is responsible for training AI models, implementing AI solutions, and enhancing manufacturing processes through innovative technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Train and refine AI models using complex scenarios; evaluate outputs for accuracy and logic.
• Implement AI solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure secure and effective operations of AI tools and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business workflows.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Solve technical issues related to AI and propose enhancements.
• Document procedures and AI system processes.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
