The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employee(s) assigned to this job.
JOB SUMMARY:

Maintain security of Company premises, property, and personnel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and control of vehicles, vendors, visitors, and employees to Company
  • premises as internal theft
  • Conduct investigations of crimes against the Company
  • Write reports relating to investigations
  • Coordinate information to Law Enforcement and Prosecuting Agencies
  • Provide testimony and present evidence at Criminal and Civil trials
  • Perform First Aid and CPR when needed
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all reports and Company information
  • Perform all other duties as directed and assigned
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • PC832 Certificate (level 3-2-or 1 Reserve Status preferred)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Valid California Driver License with a good driving record
  • Knowledge of Criminal Laws - Security responsibility and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exercise of good judgment in the apprehension, detention and/or arrest of suspects
  • Valid California Driver License with a good driving record
  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of individuals doing business from within and outside the Company
  • Ability to represent the Company in a Professional manner
  • High degree of confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and problem solving required
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and physical test
