Job description

Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our team at a multi-specialty practice located in Staten Island.

This practice is situated at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY, which is the southernmost borough of New York City. It is conveniently linked to Lower Manhattan through the Staten Island Ferry, traversing New York Harbor. Staten Island offers easy access to Brooklyn and Central New Jersey, making it a family-friendly residential area with numerous attractions, including the Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Zoo, Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Children's Museum. The local patient population typically seeks routine care within Staten Island, and our practice provides comprehensive services across various specialties, supported by a dedicated team of medical assistants.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient base. The selected physician will be crucial in maintaining high standards of patient care, achieving quality outcomes, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for outpatient medicine and a dedication to the mission of our organization. Additionally, the chosen individual will have the chance to collaborate with the esteemed Icahn School of Medicine. Our Department of Family Medicine is devoted to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. Position Overview:

Qualifications for the Position:

  • Medical Degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid New York Medical License
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities
  • A robust work ethic and a desire to engage in a team-oriented, performance-driven health system

Salary Information:

Our organization provides a salary range to adhere to New York City's Salary Transparency regulations.
