Seeking a proactive and organized Multiline Manager to join the team. This role focuses on supporting customers across multiple product lines and contributing to the overall success of the agency through relationship management, outreach, and team coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing customers to discuss available product options.
  • Assist customers in reviewing insurance and financial service offerings.
  • Coordinate daily operations across multiple business areas to help meet office objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to team development through communication, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Participate in community activities that build local awareness of the agency.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the insurance industry with proven cross-sell results
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing or coordinating within a business or customer service setting.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
