Role Summary
The Sr. Infrastructure Manager owns Intellivo's cloud, IT, and infrastructure security operations end to end. This is a modern, hands-on infrastructure leader who runs a cloud-first environment (Microsoft Azure required), manages corporate IT and endpoints (laptops, identity, and device management), and coordinates managed service providers (MSPs) and third-party cloud/data-center partners such as Flexential. The role pairs strong technical depth with disciplined cost management, including responsibility for AI tooling, token consumption, and cloud budgets. Security and compliance are core to the position: the ideal candidate has demonstrated experience implementing Zero Trust architecture and supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, StateRAMP or FedRAMP, and ISO 27001. Familiarity with AI governance and data governance is strongly desired. This is a remote position; candidates in or near Memphis, TN are preferred.
