Job description

A great UHY client is seeking a Tax Analyst to support corporate tax operations within a high-performing, global organization. This role will focus on consolidated tax reporting, compliance support, and working within a collaborative tax team in a highly visible environment. It is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex tax structures within a large, profitable company.


The Tax Analyst role is a fully onsite position based in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity offering strong compensation, guaranteed bonus potential, and industry-leading benefits.


Tax Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and review of consolidated tax returns
  • Assist with federal and state tax compliance processes
  • Perform tax research and analysis as needed
  • Support tax provision and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with internal tax teams and external partners
  • Assist with gathering and organizing data across multiple entities
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation


Tax Analyst Requirements

  • CPA required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of tax experience
  • Experience with consolidated tax returns
  • Public accounting experience (Big 4 or large firm) preferred
  • Master’s in Taxation (MST) a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills and polished presence
