Program Manager
Description -
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that drive organizational priorities and accelerate business success. In this role, you will partner with leaders across multiple functions to establish governance, align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure seamless execution from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority to successfully navigate ambiguity, drive accountability, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Leads cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle of strategic programs, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, deliverables, and business outcomes.
  • Establishes and maintains program governance, integrated project plans, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks to drive successful execution.
  • Manages program risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests, proactively driving resolution and escalation to minimize business impact.
  • Drives stakeholder engagement and executive communications by providing clear program visibility, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment across organizations and leadership levels.
  • Tracks program performance against defined objectives, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring delivery of targeted business outcomes and strategic priorities.

Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience including participation in complex programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in a business, finance, operations, product, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, governance, resource coordination, issue resolution, and execution management.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholder communications within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive presentations, status reporting, and leadership communications.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
