Coreshell's metallurgical Silicon anode technology delivers high capacity, fast-charging, and superior safety. Our low-cost Silicon-dominant batteries have higher energy density, superior intrinsic thermal safety, and significantly lower cost/kWh compared to current LIBs. Coreshell's Si anode material is lower than the cost of graphite and utilizes the largest abundant critical mineral supply in the US and Europe. We strive to transform the global energy and transportation market by enabling cost effective and secure domestic battery supply. 

 

Core Responsibilities: We are looking for a Program Manager to support commercial engagements by partnering with internal commercial and technical teams and external stakeholders to deliver on customer programs. This individual will own the customer relationship and be the go-between for our technical teams and the customer and will manage the customer project so that deliverables are met. The ideal candidate has experience managing a complex customer projects from initiation through completion and is skilled at maintaining strong customer communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities include:

 
  • Oversee the lifecycle of project from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution and risk management
  • Strengthen relationship with customer to understand their needs and requirements and ensure requirements are met through project deliverables and within the project timeline discussed
  • Communicate effectively with customer on project status and risks and milestones to both technical and nontechnical external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Business Development, Technical and Manufacturing teams to ensure that project is on track for a successful delivery
  • Develop and strengthen relationship with customer across different teams and key stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters
  • Travel to visit customers and attend meetings
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or relevant field 
  • Ph.D or Master’s degree in a battery-related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in a Program Manager role
  • Experience managing state and federally funded programs is preferred
  • Proven ability to partner with technical and commercial teams to manage complex projects
  • Strong experience in complex project management skills that involve delivering on customer programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with an ability to operate on his/her own initiative
  • Creative problem solver and able to juggle multiple projects at any given time
