Job description

Reporting to the EEO & Accessibility Programs Manager, serve as the day-to-day subject matter expert and advisor for the company’s Affirmative Action Program.
Directly responsible for:
• AAP Development – Using current data and transactional data create required AAP reports by location and distribute to senior manager at each location.
• Action Plan Development – In conjunction with location management, develop Action Plans to address any underutilized job groups at their location.
• Mock Audits – work with EEO/AA Compliance Analyst to conduct mock audits of location as if an OFCCP scheduling letter was received.
• Train and educate AAP Managers and HR in EEO/AA and Diversity related matters.
• Work with EEO/AA Compliance Analyst who is responsible for all compliance reporting related to EEO/AA including EEO-1 and VETS 4212 Report Submissions.
• NJ Conscientious Employee Protection Act – Annual notice – Oversee annual distribution of required NJ Conscientious Employee Protection Act notice to every employee.
• Official Bulletin Boards – Federal, State and locally required postings – Maintain the official bulletin board at every location for compliance with required Federal and State postings.
• Provide guidance to EEO/AA Compliance Analyst role.
