MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist to join our vibrant team in Indiana! In this key role, you will conduct a variety of laboratory tests and procedures that are essential for diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. Your responsibilities will include analyzing samples, interpreting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities for a Medical Technologist:
  • Conduct laboratory tests on specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  • Familiar with all areas in the lab, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulations, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and a full Microbiology Department.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Analyze test results and report findings accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide clinical correlation.
Requirements for a Medical Technologist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Certification as MT (ASCP) MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT
