ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our first agency opened in 2004, and we’ve since grown to two office locations with a strong team of 13 members. I’ve been with State Farm since 1994 and held several roles along the way, including Sales Leader, which has helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.
I’m a graduate of the University of South Carolina, married with four children, and I enjoy spending time on the water, golfing, and traveling. Family and community are both very important to me, and that carries over into the way our agency operates. We take pride in being highly involved in the local community, supporting schools through donations and participating in philanthropic efforts whenever we can. Giving back is a core part of who we are as an agency.
Our team enjoys a competitive salary, multiple bonus opportunities, generous PTO, and a flexible schedule that includes a monthly half-day flex option. We also provide ongoing training, aspirant programs, a 401(k), health benefits, snacks and drinks, and regular team-building events, outings, and seasonal celebrations like Christmas in July.
Our office is made up of a tenured, family-oriented team that works hard and supports each other. We thrive in a competitive environment and share a strong desire to win together. We’re looking for quick learners who are adaptable, motivated, and ready to succeed in a fast-paced setting. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, stay competitive, and be part of a supportive, high-performing team, this could be a great fit for you.
