Job description

We are looking for a mid/senior level User Expereince Designer who will interact with various product stakeholders to
understand product requirements and develop a UX strategy and UX design for various intranet portals, web applications
and public facing websites. This candidate will be responsible for researching user requirements, delivering evidence-based
efficient experience models, maintaining consistency across modules/applications, co-ordinating with cross-functional teams
that includes business and service leaders, technology specialists and domain specialists. The UX designer should be
comfortable in handling demanding situations with ever-evolving requirements in a fast-paced dynamic environment and
ensure timely delivery of UX artifacts.

Technical Skills:
• 10+ years of experience designing UX for desktop and mobile applications by following a user-centered-design
(UCD) process.
• Experience solving complex design problems based on strong research and evaluation methods.
• Experience in creating optimized interaction models and taxonomy structure for complex data.
• Conduct user research, understand business & functional requirements, analyze technology roadmap, and align
UX strategy around overall project goals.
• Well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process
Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing.
Process Skills:
• Independently work with various stakeholders to gather UX requirements.
• Work along UX Design Lifecycle - Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and other UX deliverables.
• Present UX deliverables to stakeholders, facilitate feedback discussions.
• Ensure consistency across applications by reusing UX pattern library.
• Hands-on experience in responsive design, mobile design standards, and design systems.
• Good knowledge in design for accessible systems.

Qualification:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in UX or related field of expertise.
• Good experience in delivering strong UX solutions for Insurance and healthcare domain is desired. Additional
experience in banking or financial services domain is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in similar capacity and in delivering meaningful, scalable and
measurable UX design solutions.
