You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

  • Maintain and build personable and lasting relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Prospecting new customers, utilizing organization and sales knowledge to cross- sell and build our book of business.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation base and commission: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year based on experience and job performance
