Role Description The Insurance Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Janesville, WI. The agent will meet with prospective and existing customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including farm, business, personal, health, and life policies. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, processing applications, and providing ongoing policy service and support. The agent will educate clients on coverage options, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to address claims and policy changes. This role also involves attending community events, maintaining a sales pipeline, and meeting performance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in customer service, relationship-building, and consultative sales to support diverse clients.
