Job ResponsibilitiesServes as project manager directly responsible for oversight of design and execution of minor capital construction and renovation.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsRequires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering/engineering technology or construction management and 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Higher Education, Medical or Athletics programming, design and construction.
Additional Comments- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications; to build, plan and work within budgeted resources.
- Ability to estimate work and work within a changing work setting; to interpret and apply rules and regulations
- Ability to manage work and associate with project managers and staff; to make presentations and prepare reports.
- Ability to develop a wide base of close customer relationships; to interact with various levels of personnel; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to use technology and involve stakeholders.
