Are you into the fashion, data-oriented and full of creative ideas? We are looking for an e-commerce Paid Marketing Specialist to spearhead our paid marketing efforts and grow our brand in the fashion industry.

Role


Jebwa is hiring a marketing associate with a successful track record of managing paid digital marketing campaigns to deliver outstanding revenue growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing:


  • Work with key social media platforms primarily Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as seek out and develop new and emerging platforms that can help grow our customer base
  • Creating, implementing, launching, testing and optimizing paid social campaigns and strategies on a daily basis
  • Working closely and collaboratively with internal creative, brand and technology teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies, as well as partner with external media agencies
  • Developing and owning goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Presenting to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop deep analytics and tracking capabilities to read performance, optimize and achieve pre-determined targets in CPA and ROI


Required Skills


  • 2+ years of in-house marketing experience and/or digital agency in paid social media marketing
  • Rigorously analytical and data-driven, advanced quantitative skills; obsessed over the impact of your campaigns
  • Must have deep experience in paid ads for Facebook, Instagram and preferably TikTok
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook ads tools including Lookalike audiences, Dynamic Ads, Retargeting, etc.
  • Strong knowledge in analytics and attribution tools including Google Analytics or equivalents. 
  • Able to design and understand comprehensive tracking system including cross-device attribution
  • Strong experience executing online performance-based media objectives
  • Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial
