Surge Staffing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a full-time leadership position focused on generating new business, expanding client relationships, and increasing market share through consultative sales strategies.

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships. This role partners closely with branch leadership and operations teams to develop sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and deliver workforce solutions that meet customer needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new, active, and inactive client accounts
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Manage a minimum of 30 target accounts and develop customized account growth strategies
  • Conduct in-person sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend workforce solutions that meet business objectives
  • Create and deliver proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements
  • Drive sales activity to achieve branch revenue and profitability goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account implementation
Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with branch operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Support client retention efforts and account expansion initiatives
Market Development
  • Represent Surge Staffing at local business events, networking functions, and community organizations
  • Increase brand awareness and market presence within the assigned territory

QualificationsRequired
