Job description

California Behavioral Treatment Center

We are excited to announce immediate openings for dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our growing team at California Behavioral Treatment Center. If you are passionate about helping children and adolescents with developmental disabilities thrive, we would love to meet you.


Position: Behavior Interventionist

Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team.


Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour (based on experience & education).
Mileage reimbursement: Paid per mile.
Drive time compensation: Paid for travel between client locations.


Qualifications

High School Diploma -REQUIRED
Bachelor's or Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required).
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must pass TB test.
Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
