About the Role
Cup of Joe Cafes is looking for a friendly, guest-focused Barista to join our team at our Starbucks licensed store in the Trustmark Building in downtown Mobile, AL. Located at the center of Mobile's business district, this location serves a steady flow of professionals, downtown regulars, and visitors who count on us dailyIf you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in crafting an exceptional Starbucks experience on every order, we want to hear from you.
As a Barista, you are the face of the store and the heart of the guest experience. You will craft Starbucks beverages and food items to standard, keep your workspace running smoothly, and bring the warmth and energy that makes guests want to come back.
What You'll Do
• Craft Starbucks beverages and food items to recipe and brand standard on every order, every time
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience that makes guests feel genuinely taken care of
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to handle the rush
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Support your shift lead and teammates - step in where needed, no questions asked
• Show up consistently and be a reliable, positive presence on the team
• Help train and welcome new team members as you grow in your role
• Stay curious about the menu, the craft, and the brand - the more you know, the better every interaction gets
Who You Are

Requirements
• Must be 16 or older
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available for a mix of morning, midday, and closing shifts including weekends
