Were seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Desk / Sales Manager to join our team in Gilmer, Texas. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and enjoys leading a sales team to success. Youll be responsible for desking deals, coaching salespeople, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused transactions in both new and pre-owned departments.

Responsibilities

Desk and structure deals to maximize front-end and back-end gross profit.

Submit deals to lenders and ensure accurate, timely funding.

Take TOs (turnovers) promptly to assist the sales team in closing deals.

Negotiate sales terms while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Help manage and price inventory with store leadership.

Train, motivate, and support the sales team for consistent performance.

Maintain a professional image and strong follow-up discipline.

Contribute new ideas and proven processes to drive dealership growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales or management experience.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.

Strong knowledge of deal structure, desking, and lender guidelines.
