We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our production team.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing
manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. This position
plays a key part in minimizing downtime and supporting a safe, productive work environment.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $20.00-35.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
$1,000 Hiring Bonus paid over your first year of employment
First Shift
  • Monday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify
  • and resolve issues quickly.
  • Respond to maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions.
  • Install, adjust, and test new machines or equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage.
  • Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the plant.
  • Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Technical or trade school certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
