Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and seeing the results of your efforts firsthand?

As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in bringing some of the industry's most recognized beverage brands to life at retail locations throughout your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our Sales team to ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and presented to maximize visibility and sales.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and presentation, and is looking to build a long-term career in the beverage industry. • Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and stack products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, reach, and work in a physically active environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Must obtain and maintain eligibility for a Solicitor Permit issued by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage.
  • Monthly incentive opportunities.
  • Monthly cell phone stipend.
  • Company vehicle provided for daily merchandising activities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and vacation accrual.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with Company Contributions and Company Match.
  • Opportunity to work with nationally recognized brands and industry-leading suppliers.
