Are You the Toolmaker Who Loves a Challenge?We’re expanding—bringing on 6 skilled professionals—to power a ground-up design-and-build shop serving large OEMs. If you’re energized by taking a die from blank page to production floor, read on.What Will You Work On?Designing and building high-quality dies for a range of manufacturing needs.Operating lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision components.Cutting, shaping, assembling, spotting, and drawing dies with accuracy.Shimming, hand-finishing, welding, and polishing while holding tight tolerances.Inspecting and testing tools to confirm they meet all specs and quality metrics.Partnering with engineers and production to enhance tool performance and longevity.Maintaining and repairing existing dies to maximize uptime and function.Recording setups, adjustments, and maintenance work thoroughly.Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized at all times.Do You Have the Background?High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate or technical degree preferred.Prior experience as a die maker or similar tooling role in manufacturing.Strong command of machining methods, cutting tools, and shop equipment.Confidence reading mechanical drawings and blueprints.Detail orientation and solid troubleshooting skills.Team-first communication style.Drive to learn and adopt new technology and techniques.Where You’ll ShineProgressive stamping and forming knowledgeCNC setup and changeover experienceTool/die/mold repair competencyBlueprint reading and interpretationReady to build something from the ground up with us—and see your tooling run flawlessly on major OEM lines? #J-18808-Ljbffr
