Job description

Stuller's dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders. Our Transportation and International Logistics team, including warehouse associates who stock and process freight, and auditors who review invoices, assign charges, and liaise with brokers and carriers, plays a critical role in ensuring goods are transported efficiently and cost-effectively with our motor freight carriers.

The Hot Stamp Associate is responsible for ensuring quality work and meeting production lead times within our fast-growing imprinting department. This role involves imprinting customer logos on a variety of products, such as packaging boxes, inserts, and gift bags. We are seeking someone with a strong attention to detail who can thrive in our fast-paced, high-energy environment, where creativity and innovative thinking are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the Hot Stamp machine to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Process hot stamp orders and maintain quality standards
  • Enter hot stamp requests into the system and manage related documentation
  • Support new customer setups for hot stamp services
  • Approve invoices for the accounting team and receive purchase orders as needed
