Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Portion diced meat by weighing the meat and packaging the meat into a bag/tray and/or placing the meat into a vacuum machine.
  • Move portion steaks from conveyor belt/flattener into various packaging

including vacuum film and boxes.
  • Verify the weight on individual steaks by weighing them on a scale.
  • Take finished product packaged in a bag and seal the bag with a hand sealer machine.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and follow direction.
  • Adherence to all quality and safety guidelines.
  • Performs other duties, as needed.
