Work in a fun and professional environment with the opportunity to grow! In addition, achieve a phenomenal work life balance - 4 days a week, earn $14 - $20/hr depending on experience and ability. Earn even more with bonuses.

As a Dental Assistant, you work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver both a remarkable experience and exceptional dental care to our patients. You act as the ultimate concierge so that our patients feel like guests at a 5-star resort. Dental assistants are expected to assist and help build their chair schedule to produce a minimum of $3500/chair per day, present and discuss finances with a 75% acceptance rate, and track case acceptance and production metrics for their doctor.
