Job description

Position Overview
Dolly Parton's Stampede is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Building & Operations Custodial Team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our dinner attraction facility to ensure an exceptional experience for guests and performers alike.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, dining areas, backstage spaces, offices, and exterior grounds
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Support overall building operations as directed by management
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Must have open shift availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and carpet cleaners is a plus.
