  • Weekly schedule will vary.
  • 3 shift options available: 10am-4pm, 12pm-8pm and 3pm-9pm
  • Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability a must

Job Description:
As a Cook/Cashier at our Liberty Public Market location, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent and engaging customer service with a smile.
  • Selling and upselling menu items with enthusiasm
  • Ensuring timely completion of all online and food hall orders with precision
  • Prepare seafood dishes with accuracy and care
  • Preparing ingredients, sauces and menu items with attention to detail to minimize waste and errors
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation in accordance with Food Safety Standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Sharing our founder's backstory and product knowledge with enthusiasm
  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications:

  • Experienced in cooking or back-of-the-house operations in a quick service environment (preferred).
  • Active Food Handlers Card (training will be provided to obtain if not)
