Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring and dedicated team. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply!

CNA Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals

  • Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team

  • Assist with restorative care and daily activities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

  • Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania CNA certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Graduate of an accredited CNA training program

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

  • Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills
