Job description

West coast FL - Large private GI group hiring!!
Ambulatory Surgery Center is attached to the clinic the practice is in.
Very busy  collegial group
Call 1:4 weeks.
1 hospital
Candidate come in as an associate on a base salary with productivity bonus, benefits, etc, then transition to a partner with no buy-in once 3 conditions are met
Employed as an associate for at least 12 months
In rolling 12 months you achieve 60% of the median WRVU totals for all Florida gastroenterologists
The other partners in your office vote you in as partner.
Once you’re a partner you get full equity that is split with all of the partners in the ancillaries of your practice – the radiology, the pathology, pharmacy and infusions.  This is all with no buy-in.
After you’re a partner you can also be eligible to buy in to shares of the ASC, at fair market value, and at that point you can get ancillary income from the ASC as well as the anesthesiology. (We employ the CRNAs).
So the physicians will have ownership stake in the practice once they are partners.
