POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsibilities include:
- Paint, stain & varnish using brushes/rollers
- Cleaning, sanding, sandblasts, scraping, brushing to prepare for painting.
- Repairs surfaces to be painted including plastering & Sheetrock finishing.
- Erects Scaffolding, movable & immovable staging & various rigging to gain access to difficult areas; May have to move furniture & equipment as necessary.
- Mixing & matching Paint.
- Requisitions materials & supplies from Stockroom.
- Waterproofing.
- Sets Glass & Applies Putty.
- Occasionally may hang wallpaper.
Earn $21.50/hour in this position with the option of an additional $2/hour with the selection of enhanced pay.
