About the Role
We're hiring 9 experienced stagehands for an upcoming production. Stagehands are the backbone of a successful event — you'll handle the physical setup, operation, and teardown that make the show happen safely and on schedule. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for reliable crew members who take pride in doing the job right.
Responsibilities
Load in and load out equipment, staging, rigging, and gear
Assemble and break down staging, decks, and set pieces
Move and position equipment safely, including heavy lifting and team lifts
Assist with audio, lighting, and video setup as directed by the crew chief
Follow all safety protocols and directions from the department head
Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free throughout the call
Requirements
Prior stagehand, event, or production crew experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights and around rigging (as assigned)
Punctual, dependable, and able to take direction in a team environment
Available for the full call, including early load-in and late load-out
Appropriate work attire and closed-toe/steel-toe footwear
[Any required certifications — e.g., rigging, forklift, OSHA-10]
Compensation
$30.00 per hour
