AV Field Project Manager – Smart Home Systems

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
At Oasis Luxury Smart Homes, we create homes that breathe technology beautifully—where sound, light, and control work in harmony to elevate daily living. Behind every seamless system is a crew of sharp, humble professionals who take pride in doing things the right way.
We’re looking for a field Project Manager to join our Scottsdale team—someone with hands-on experience in smart-home installation, wiring, and networking who’s ready to take the next step in their craft. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high-end automation systems to life for discerning clients.
What You’ll Do

  • Install, configure and program AV and smart-home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron

  • Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems
  • Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care
  • Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance
  • Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms
  • Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation
  • Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing)
  • Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics

  • Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
