What You'll Do:
  • Source Talent: Connect with candidates nationwide to fill exciting roles for our clients
  • Engage & Recruit: Handle inbound and outbound recruiting calls, reviewing resumes, and guiding candidates through the application process
  • Maintain Compliance: Assist with I-9 completions and E-verifications, ensuring all documentation is in order
  • Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Stay Organized: Keep accurate notes and manage job orders in our ATS system
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2-3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, specifically in a temporary labor market
  • Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in web applications and Microsoft Word/Excel
