Job description

This Admin Coordinator position works on-site in Otsego, MN
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8-hour shift; Start time between 7:00A - 8:00A
Perform a variety of routine to moderately difficult administrative, office support, and customer service duties to ensure the workflow within an operation, which may include management, warehouse support staff, warehouse associates, maintenance staff, and associated customer(s).
Responsibilities:
Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions. Essential and other important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Providing administrative support to an operation, including but not limited to answering phones, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and delivery schedules, tracking software data.
  • Monitor and provide timely and accurate updates to various software programs for warehouse management systems, maintenance and vendor invoices, and billing in a timely and accurate manner assuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide customer service support for customers, vendors, and operations support staff.
  • Provide assistance and support in warehouse responsibilities including task distribution management, reporting, compliling KPI metrics, customer communication, document filing and retention. Properly use the warehouse management systems to ensure all required operational data is accurately captured in a near real-time manner
  • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.

Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Type of Experience: Clerical, warehouse, dispatch, or related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  1. Must be able to commit to Ruan's value statement by acting with integrity in everything we do.

  3. Must have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn to work on various software systems. Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload in a multi-task environment. Must have the ability to accurately enter and audit data. Must have strong verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people. Needs to be self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. Needs to be flexible in work assignments, responsibilities, software programs, and hours and open to change. Duties may vary based upon individual operation or work location.
